By participating in the 吃瓜新闻 Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2.1 Eligibility: The Program is open to all existing 吃瓜新闻 users ("Referrer") who are currently in good standing with an active account.
2.2 Enrollment: To participate, existing users must refer a construction company ("Referred Contact") to 吃瓜新闻 by completing the referral form available on the 吃瓜新闻 referral landing page.
2.3 Approval Process: The Referred Contact is subject to an approval process by 吃瓜新闻. 吃瓜新闻 reserves the right to determine whether a Referred Contact is a qualified prospect.

3.1 Referral Rewards: Referrers can earn up to $100 in gift card value per referred company.
3.2 Completion Reward: The Referrer and the Referred Contact will each receive a $100 e-gift card after the Referred Contact completes their first 吃瓜新闻 transaction..
3.3 No Limits: There are no limits on the number of companies a Referrer can refer or the total amount of rewards that can be earned.
3.4 Ineligible Transactions: Any transactions that are fraudulent or do not comply with 吃瓜新闻's terms of service will not qualify for rewards.

4.1 Gift Card Issuance: E-gift cards will be issued after the completion of the respective milestones (first transaction).
4.2 Fulfillment Period: E-gift cards will be issued within 30 days after the completion of the qualifying action.
4.3 Account Closure: If the Referrer's or Referred Contact's account is closed before the issuance of the e-gift card, the rewards will be forfeited.

5.1 Data Collection: Participation in the Program requires sharing certain information about the Referred Contact with 吃瓜新闻. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program.
5.2 Privacy Compliance: The Program will conform to all applicable privacy standards and the 吃瓜新闻 Privacy Policy. The collection and use of data are subject to obtaining documented consent from the Referrer and Referred Contact.
5.3 Consent Mechanism: By participating, Referrers and Referred Contacts consent to the use of their data as described in these terms. Consent will be documented and maintained for audit purposes.

6.1 Modification and Termination: 吃瓜新闻 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be posted on the 吃瓜新闻 website.
6.2 Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
6.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions of 吃瓜新闻鈥檚 standard service agreement.
